The PSL 2023 season will have a total of 10 teams playing a round-robin format. The top four teams will then compete in the playoffs to determine the champions.

The PSL 2023 season gets underway on February 22nd with Islamabad United hosting Sargodha Scorchers at the National Stadium in Karachi. Both games will be broadcast on Geo TV. The first matchday of the league has already seen a number of high profile retirements including Misbah-ul-Haq, Younis Khan, and Zaheer Abbas who all announced their retirement just days before the start of the new season. Mohammad Amir, who is currently serving an indefinite ban from cricketing activities, might also not feature during this season due to his pending appeal against his suspension by Cricket Australia.

PSL 2023 Venue
The Pakistan Super League (PSL) is a professional cricket league in Pakistan. It is contested by eight teams and started on 29 March 2016. The tournament is now one of the most popular sports leagues in the country.
The PSL is divided into two stages, the first stage is played from March to May and the second stage is played from September to December. The teams are divided into two groups and play each other once. The top team in each group qualifies for the semi-finals.
The venues for the PSL are Peshawar, Karachi, Lahore, Faisalabad, Islamabad, Quetta and Multan. The PSL has been broadcasted by Geo TV and ARY Digital networks in Pakistan. The final will be held at Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore on 18 December 2016. The winners list of PSL is as follows:

PSL 2023 Format
The Pakistan Super League (PSL) is a Twenty20 cricket league organized by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB). It will be the twenty-first edition of the professional Twenty20 cricket league in Pakistan and was announced on 10 December 2018.
The competition will be played over a period of ten weekends from March to May, with each team playing eighteen matches. The final will be played at the Karachi Stadium on 14 May.

The Pakistan Super League (PSL) is an annual professional cricket league in Pakistan. The tournament has been contested since 2016 and features ten teams, playing each other twice at home and twice away. The format is a double round-robin followed by a playoffs. The winners of the playoffs compete in the final to determine the champion.
The first season was played in 2016 with Karachi Kings, Islamabad United, Peshawar Zalmi and Quetta Gladiators winning the respective divisions. In the inaugural edition of PSL, there were no overseas players as cricketing ties between Pakistan and India remained frozen due to the tensions between the two countries. In 2018, PSL featured foreign players for the first time with Jason Roy and David Warner playing for Peshawar Zalmi while Chris Gayle captained Royal Challengers Bangalore. Kashif Bhatti was named player of the tournament while Imad Wasim won both the best bowler award and player of the series awards in both editions of PSL so far.
Season 4 started on 30 March 2019 with eight teams competing in a round-robin format before proceeding to a playoff stage where Islamabad United beat Karachi Kings to become champions. This season also marked PSL’s first global sponsorship deal when cellular company Jumia secured naming

The Pakistan Super League (PSL) is a professional cricket league which is being organized in Pakistan by the country’s cricket board. The league will have a total of 10 teams and will be played over a period of 10 weeks starting from February 17, 2019. The ten teams are Peshawar Zalmi, Quetta Gladiators, Karachi Kings, Islamabad United, Lahore Qalandars, Multan Sultans, Faisalabad Wolves, Quetta Kings and Islamabad United.
